Want to connect with people before the conference starts? Want to try Nerves? Want to just hack on shit with other devs?

The day before the conference and we will have a bunch of cool community folks there that you can talk to. Frank and Jon of Nerves, lostkobrakai of .. everywhere, Cocoa who does all the C++ bindings for OpenCV, TFLite and more. And probably more awesome folks :)

Assemble the Fleet

My talk at Code BEAM Berlin is called "The Nerves Community Fleet" and I already have a bunch of people offering their devices. I need as many as possible.

Your device can be at home, remote. You will get firmware before Code BEAM. I don't need devices handed to me in Berlin :)

The more devices, the cooler the demo. Please help me out by enlisting your devices for service (if the page is blank, disable adblocker for a minute, yes that sucks):

That's a Bruce Tate-ism for me. Heard him say it lots, friendly guy he is whenever someone was in his way, said welcome in a store or whatever the occasion. 'preciate ya. In this case it is coming from me and I intend it every bit for you who is reading. I appreciate you.

Writing to you, specifically. I try not to write to address an audience. There are other people that receive this newsletter, you certainly have peers. But if you respond to what I wrote you, it is between you and me. I'm writing to you. And you read.

This is a good deal for me. I started it in October 2019. It seems I decided to write to you weekly with January 2020. And that has been quite something for me.

I get roughly one hour each week where I put my thoughts into writing with the intent to write something that could be an interesting read. Something that is a cohesive part of the whole I attempt to put out into the world. I get a reader who is not the whole world, general public. I get someone who chose to be reading specifically my writing. Someone who sticks around through the lack of polish.

I am introspecting this exchange a bit becauses it is number 200.

Oh, I will bother you a bit. If you read and appreciate this. Could you share the signup link with someone who might enjoy it? Or forward a favorite edition to someone? I'll keep writing to just you. But you know, also many others.
