Getting a bit technical in this one we get into thumbnails and video transcoding in the middle of a heatwave. Watch me sweat .. the details with FFMPEG.

This is the third installment Part 2 and Part 1. I don’t think they are necessary context but it probably helps. There has also been a few hours of work before each stream so the system moves forward off screen a bit.

I’ll say we had very few actual problems in this one, that was nice.
